Laura was very very petite and after the fire she would steal Derek’s clothes and wear them whenever he left so she would be wrapped up in his smell. He would always huff and puff but never have the heart to get angry with her.
One day, far far in the future Stiles borrows one of his shirts without asking. When he puts it on he swims in it just like Laura did. Derek would then realize how similar they are and decides that she would have loved Stiles.
That night he dreams of her and she pokes fun at him and calls him ‘sourwolf’. It’s the first dream he has of her that isn’t a nightmare.
